a.    How to register to join the members on the site 

• Registration is FREE. Go to your browser address bar and type www.sellbns.com
• Locate 'Register' at the top right-hand corner of the Sellbns site and click it.
• Fill out the registration form, see the steps i to vii  guide below: 

1.  First and Last names (these should be your legal names, this might be used to verify your identity before delivering your purchases. The Last name also means surname)
2. Enter a verifiable email address (You'll receive your transaction in the email)
3. Password (Use a strong password, at least eight letters long, three capitals, three numbers, one special character, and other letters)    
4. Confirm Password (Using eight letters or more long for your password is recommended, that being said, use a password that you can memorize/remember. Although there's a forgotten password link you can use whenever you forget your password, it is smart to memorize it)          
5. Terms & Conditions (accept the terms and conditions by checking the box)    
6. Security "Recaptcha" (attend to the ReCaptcha to prove it's a human registration)    
7. Click the "Register" button. You'll see a success message that says "Your account has been created successfully!"
   An activation email has been sent to your email address. Please check to activate your account. You should see the activation message in your email inbox, otherwise, check the spam/junk folder other tap messages can drop in your email.

b. Explanation of features and menus in your buyer's account

After successful registration, simply login to your account at the top right-hand corner of the site, locate your account at the top right-hand corner of the site and click to view the dropdown menu items arranged as below.

1. Profile: This takes you to your public profile on the site where you can see your Wishlist, Downloads, Followers, and Following respectively, only you can see these and are accessible after a successful login.  
2. Orders: This shows you a list of orders you have placed with sellers of different items
3. Quote Requests: This shows you a list of Quote you requested from sellers of different items
4. Downloads: This shows you a list of all the downloadable items you have purchased from different sellers
5. Refund: This is where you can make a refund request, it also shows you a list of all the refund requests you have made and their status.
6. Messages: This is where you can see and respond to the previous messages you sent to different sellers
7. Settings: This is where you can update your profile details such as profile image, cover image, name, and contact details. This is also where you can add your shipping address, and social media links and update your password. 
8. Logout: This signs you out successfully from your account till the next you wish to login

c. Making/placing your first order

There is more than one way to find an item quickly
i.  Type your item name in the search box on the site for suggestions of items available for purchase, or type and hit the enter key on your keyboard.
ii. Click the site menu to locate the category of an item, when a category page is opened, you'll see filters by your left-hand side on the category page to filter your search.
iii. To buy from a specific seller, visit the seller's page, and find the search box on their page to search for items they have for sale, You can also browse through their category or contact the seller directly

d. Receiving your order

After placing your order, you'll see the list of your orders on your 'order page' and see your downloadable items on the download page in your account, you'll see it immediately after payment if you use the online payment option. If you chose the bank transfer option during checkout, it is required you visit the 'order page' of the item, to report a bank transfer with the evidence of payment before your order is processed. If you order a tangible/physical item, ensure you add your shipping address to your account so that the seller knows where to ship your item.

In the Seller Aread of your Dashboard, you'll see the following:- 
Number of total sales: Represent the total number of all-time sales you have
Balance:  Shows your total balance including unclaimed earnings from your sales
Products: This shows the total number of products you have
Page Views: This shows page views across your profile and items for sale

Menus
Add a Product/Items: This allows you to add your products for sale on the site. Upload your product images, choose if your item is a tangible/physical item or a digital download then choose a listing type as seen on the page. Choose the right category to list your item, include the item's description, and include an image in the description panel where needed. Fill in your product's SEO title, description, and keywords; this is needed for the search engine to discover your product.
Bulk Product Upload: This allows you to add your products with a CSV file for a bulk upload listing.
Products: Shows you all active products that are i. active, ii. pending, iii. hidden, iv. expired, v. sold, and vi. draft. 

1.  active: List all your products that are currently active and ready to be sold on the site
2. Pending: This shows the list of your products that are pending approval, Once approved, it'll go live on the site
3. hidden:  Shows the list of your products you hide from showing on the site for sale
4. Expired: If you pay to boost your listed items on the site, this shows the list of your expired listed items
5. sold: Shows the list of sold items
6. draft: While adding a new item for sale, you can save it as a draft and come back to edit it later, you can find the list of all your drafted products in this section

Sales: This section lets you view and manage your active orders and also view completed orders and cancelled orders.
Earnings: This section lets you see your earnings and from which order you earned. 
Payout: This shows you a section to withdraw your earnings and to set your payout options, that is, to set your means of receiving your payment, all transaction is currently in Nigeria Naira, ensure you set your bank account number details in the sections that say "IBAN"
Quote Request: This shows the list of items a quote is requested for, by each of the items, you can type in the amount of the item and your intended buyer will see the price privately and accept by placing an order if they wish.
Coupons: This helps you create and set discount codes for your items 
Refund Requests: This shows you the list of all the refund requests you have from the buyers and helps you manage them
Payment History: This shows you the list of all the payments you have made for membership and product promotion
Comment: This is where you see the list of comments left on each of your items.
Reviews: This shows the lists of reviews you have on each of your sold items
Shop settings: This is the section where you set your shop information such as name, description, and location, and choose a membership plan, the basic membership is free.
Shipping Settings: This helps you set your shipping details such as places you ship to, shipping classes, and delivery days.

d.    Receiving/fulfilling your first order

Go to your "Sales" menu in the Seller Area of your dashboard and click "Active Sales". You'll see the lists of all active sales. The items showing awaiting payment are orders from buyers who chose bank transfer as their means of payment, once they report their bank transfer and it's been confirmed, the status will change to payment received and you'll be able to process the shipping, you may also see that if the buyer chose "Pay on Delivery" for physical items, you can turn off the pay on delivery option in your shop setting. Digital products will be auto-completed for the buyer to download once payment is confirmed.

 If the order is a tangible/physical product, simply click on the "Details" button under the header "Option" by the item you want to process its shipping. The order detail page will open, and you'll see a link to view the invoice, scroll down, find, and click the "Update Order Status" button to see a pop-up, by default, the order status is set to "Processing", you'll need to change it in the pop-up to "shipped", in the other fields, provide the tracking Code and URL you obtained from your courier/logistic company. This will help your buyers to track the status of their order. You should plan how you intend to ship your order to your buyer before making your time public for sale. You can save your items as drafts for later.

e.    Getting paid

The earnings from the sales of your digital download items show immediately on your earning page after the buyer completes their payment and from there, you can request a payout. Earnings from tangible/physical products are reflected in your account after your buyers have received their items. Be sure to follow up with them to be sure they got their items, once they confirm the receipt of their item from their account; your earnings on such items will reflect in your account's earning page. All transaction is currently in Nigeria Naira, Ensure you set your bank account number details in the sections that say "IBAN" that's where we'll send your payment when you request a payout.
