HOW TO LIST YOUR DIGITAL ITEMS

1. Create an account if you don’t have an account

2. Click the “S E L L” button at the top area of the site to open a shop

3. Go to your Seller Area, find the menus at the left-hand side of your dashboard and click “Add a Product/Items” The page will load and open.

   Upload Images
   The first section is called “Upload Images” This is where you upload your product images to show your buyer what they’re buying. Upload clear photos that show the details of what they are getting. 
   
   Select one of the images by clicking on the text “Choose as 1st image”. This will make the image primary, that is, the first image your customer will see before checking through other images you uploaded for your product.
   
   Listing Type
   We currently have 2 listing types which indicate how you want to list your item for sale. The first listing type is “Enable Add to Cart button” and the second is “Sell License Keys only”

   • Enable Add to Cart button: This allows your item to be available for purchase by your customer. Add to Cart button will show beside your item on the site including your item price. Sellbns takes 10% of each sale for the running cost of the platform. This means for every ₦100 item you sell, You’ll get ₦90
   • Sell License Keys only: This allows you to sell the licence key of your item/software to your customer. Add to Cart button will show beside your item on the site including your item price. Sellbns takes 10% of each sale for the running cost of the platform. This means for every ₦100 item you sell, You’ll get ₦90
   • Category: Select “DIY Templates & Media”, and the subcategory will load and open, then, select from the subcategory your item belongs to, for example, if you chose “Editable Templates”, the subcategory will load and open, choose from the list, for example, “Tri-Fold Brochure”
   • Title: Type a descriptive title for your item, this will be the name of the item you’re listing for sale.
   • Description: Type all the details your customer must know about your item. Since your buyer will pay before getting their items, you’ll need to be detailed as possible and avoid the use of an unnecessary technical term which you think your buyer may not understand. If your buyer doesn’t understand what you’re selling or what they’re getting, they may not buy your item.
   • SEO: This part is used for search engine optimization, filling it will improve the visibility of your item when people are searching on the web for your type of item. Fill the Title, Write an actionable comprehensive description between 155 to 160 characters for the description area, type in some keyphrases in the keyword area and separate them with a comma; the set of words you think a custom can type in the search while searching for your type of item for purchase
     
     
4. Save and continue to the next page. The first section “Digital Files (The actual product) is where you upload the item you’re selling. You can attach the item you’re selling directly if the file format is supported/allowed, otherwise, you’ll need to zip your file before uploading. In the case of multiple files, also zip them before uploading. 
   
   License Keys: This is where you list your license keys if your item requires issuing license keys to your buyers.
   
   Multiple Sale: This part is explanatory 
   

   1. Yes, I want to sell this product to more than one customer: This allows multiple buyers to purchase your item.

   2. No, I want to sell this product to a single customer; This allows only one buyer to purchase your item, this can be used to sell a logo design, since only one buyer will be buying this item, you can set a higher price or set the price according to the value of your item if you’re to create the item for one client.

5. Files Included: This is where you type in the format of files your buyers will be getting when they purchase your item, what you type in will be shown to your potential buyer.
   
   Choose the platform the item is fit for, Choose the application your buyer needs for the editing, Chose the file dimension, size and type of fold it has.
   
   Chose the industry your item belongs to and the type of business that needs your items, all this information is recommended to ensure your customer finds your item while browsing the site. Fill in other details as seen.

6. Variations: This is where you set the variations in your item such as colour, Size and so on if you’re selling physical items.

   Accept the terms of service by checking the box, then submit to publish your item. Your item might be held for a final review where necessary before it goes live on the site.
